Meet The Team

Catherine Brooks (Mrs. White) is a BHP Veteran, appearing on the barn stage most recently as Tammy in May We All, Kathy and Missy Hart in 9 to 5, the Musical, and Clairee in Steel Magnolias. She lives in Wheeling, where she has also recently been involved with Towngate Theatre and seen as Penny in You Can't Take It With You.

Chris Carter (Colonel Mustard) is delighted to be back on stage at BHP.  He was last seen in the barn nine years ago in "Farce of Nature" as Carmine DeLuca.  Chris is also overjoyed at being back on stage with his wife, Gretchen, for the first time in nine years as well!  Chris would love to thank the rest of the cast and crew for all of their talent, determination, and time in putting this show together. He can't wait to wave to his daughter, Waverly, in the audience.

Gretchen Carter (Mrs. Peacock) is thrilled to be back on the stage at Brooke Hills! Especially with this phenomenal cast and crew! (Including her husband of 20 years!!) She was recently seen at the Playhouse as The Acrobat in Matilda. When not onstage, Gretchen can be found photographing for Newbrough Photo. A big shout out and hug to her favorite audience member, daughter Waverly.

Pete Fernbaugh (Mr. Boddy/Director) has been involved with Brooke Hills Playhouse since 2007, when he played Pseudolus in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. He previously co-directed Mamma Mia! in 2019 and directed The Last Five Years in 2023. Past roles include Gomez Addams in The Addams Family (2017) and Dave Bukatinsky in The Full Monty (2018). Pete manages acting troupe The Wayward Saints and is the creator and head writer for the theatrical series Cloak & Dagger On the Air. He is grateful to Heather and the BHP board for the opportunity to direct this incredible cast in Clue. 

Dan Harry (The Unexpected Cop) is a veteran of numerous productions at Brooke Hills Playhouse. He is a graduate of Bethany
College and Yale Divinity School and lives in Bethany with his wife Nancy and their two dogs, Chester
and Lulu. He is grateful to be working with this director and wonderful cast of old friends and new. He appears weekly at Community Christian Church in Beech Bottom, WV – Sundays at 10:45 a.m.

Brandi Herceg (Cook/Motorist/Singing Telegram Girl) is so excited to be back on the playhouse stage for the first time in over 20 years. She grew up performing on this very stage with the Parking Lot Players. Brandi owns Studio B dance studio in Weirton, WV and is also an elementary school teacher with SCS. Brandi is so grateful to have the opportunity to perform on stage again and is thankful to be working with the outstanding cast and crew of Clue!

Karissa Martin (Miss Scarlet) is delighted to be back at the barn, where she was last seen as Jenna Coates in May We All. Karissa frequently appears at Towngate Theater and with The Ohio Valley Cloak & Dagger Company and Mystery Theatre Unlimited. Offstage, she serves as Director of Audit Services for Allied Mineral Management and lives in Woodsfield with her family and whiskered companions. She is thrilled to bring this classic whodunnit and her favorite game piece to life with this stellar cast and crew!

Ralph Parissi (Wadsworth) is very excited to be back on the BHP stage! He was most recently seen here last summer as Franklin Hart, the lascivious boss in “9 To 5,” as well as Sam in “Mamma Mia” in 2019! Other notable roles have been John Wilkes Booth in Sondheim’s “Assassins” at Striplight Theatre and Sgt. Toomey in “Biloxi Blues” at Towngate. Please give Ralph’s musical group “ALBVS” a listen on Spotify, Apple Music, or wherever you stream!  Ralph would like to thank BHP, this fantastic cast and crew, his wife Maura (who I hear is just wonderful in the show you’re about to see), and his daughter Anacelia for letting the theatre borrow her Dad for a while!​​

Maura Danielle Reiff-Parissi (Yvette) is thrilled to be back on the Brooke Hills Playhouse stage after performing as Violet in last season’s “9 to 5.” Other favorite roles include, Maggie (Dancing at Lughnasa), Rizzo (Grease), Rowena (Biloxi Blues) and Lucille (Junie B Jones: The Musical!). Outside of being on the stage, Maura is a Human Resources Director and also enjoys 5:30 am spin class and reading books about World War II & the Holocaust. To Ralph, her own personal Wadsworth who still sets the coffee pot after every late rehearsal and always spills the tea, I love you. Protect the dolls, y’all and keep supporting the arts.

Steven Snyder, who has been trodding the boards since 1969 in the fifth grade drama club at Follansbee Middle School, will be reprising the role of Professor Plum.  When not on stage, Steven lives in Follansbee with his wife Kathrine, his Father and two cats. Because one cat just isn't enough.​
