Brooke Hills Playhouse Refund Policy
At Brooke Hills Playhouse, we strive to provide an enjoyable theater experience for all our patrons. Because we are a volunteer-run community theater with limited seating and seasonal programming, we have the following refund guidelines:
Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased tickets except in cases where the performance is canceled by Brooke Hills Playhouse.

If a performance is canceled, ticket holders will be offered:

Option 1: Exchange for another performance during the same season (subject to availability).

Option 2: A full refund to the original payment method.

Missed Performances

We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for missed performances due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Weather Policy

Performances will proceed as scheduled unless conditions make it unsafe for patrons or performers. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, the same options as above (exchange or refund) will apply.
Special Events & Season Passes

Season passes and special event tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If an event is canceled, we will provide an alternative date or comparable experience when possible.
