Refund Policy

Brooke Hills Playhouse Refund Policy

At Brooke Hills Playhouse, we strive to provide an enjoyable theater experience for all our patrons. Because we are a volunteer-run community theater with limited seating and seasonal programming, we have the following refund guidelines:

Ticket Refunds

  • All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased tickets except in cases where the performance is canceled by Brooke Hills Playhouse.

  • If a performance is canceled, ticket holders will be offered:

    • Option 1: Exchange for another performance during the same season (subject to availability).

    • Option 2: A full refund to the original payment method.

Missed Performances

  • We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for missed performances due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Weather Policy

  • Performances will proceed as scheduled unless conditions make it unsafe for patrons or performers. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, the same options as above (exchange or refund) will apply.

Special Events & Season Passes

  • Season passes and special event tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If an event is canceled, we will provide an alternative date or comparable experience when possible.

How to Request a Refund (for eligible cases)

  • Contact us within 7 days of the canceled performance via:

  • Please include your name, order number, and method of payment.
